PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Welcome to Sunny Heights Elementary School, home of the Eagles since 1957!
The school website is designed to provide information about all the great things happening at Sunny Heights. Announcements, calendars, upcoming events, contacts, and other important information will be updated periodically. We encourage our families to check the website often for any new or changing announcements about Sunny Heights as well as in our Warren community.
The staff here at Sunny Heights is a dedicated group of professionals that are working very hard each and every day to support student growth academically, socially, and emotionally. Our personalized learning approach allows staff to identify individual student needs and utilize the necessary resources to help that student be successful. Students in grades K-4 have one to one access to technology (iPads or Chromebooks) to support those individual learning needs through a variety of programs.
School culture and climate are a major focus for everyone at Sunny Heights. We work hard each and every day to cultivate a safe and positive learning environment for all students and staff. Our C.O.R.E. values of Civility, Order, Respect, and Excellence are taught, practiced, and recognized everyday in everyway. Students and staff that exhibit these values are recognized throughout the year for their display of CORE behavior.
It is an honor and a pleasure to be leading the wonderful staff here at Sunny Heights in helping our students be successful! There are greats things happening here and more to come!!
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Respectfully,
Mr. Barton Lewis
