Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of Warren Central High School!
We are excited to welcome students and staff back in the building tomorrow, Monday, April 7th. School will resume at its normal time. Please ensure students are present, on-time, and ready to learn. Also, please be mindful of drop-off and pickup expectations. Car Riders should only be dropped at Door 21 between 6:45 and 7:15. Students arriving after 7:15 should check in at Door 1. Student drivers with valid parking tags should only be parking in lots 7 & 8. Additionally, due to construction happening on the south side of campus, we have shifted entries for students riding buses. Students should be prepared to follow the instructions of the drivers and admin when exiting buses.
There are 35 days of school remaining. Students and staff will be hyper-focused on finishing the year strong. Students presence at school daily continues to be important as they are working to finish up classes and credits. Tutoring will resume the week of April 14th for those needing additional support. Students should also take advantage of the time during advisory class to work with teachers.
Prom tickets will go on sale this week. The cost of tickets is $75. Students must have their physical ID to purchase tickets. Students needing new IDs may visit the bookstore and purchase new ones for $5. No exceptions will be made. Student IDs will also be needed for entry into the prom.
Finally, it is that time again when we would really like to hear from our families. Please take time to complete our caregiver family survey. Links to surveys can be found in our school newsletter. We look forward to your feedback.
Again, school resumes tomorrow, April 7th. Have a great evening!
