October 27 Update Graphic

October 27, 2021

Good Afternoon Warren Students, Families, and Staff,

This is Dr. Tim Hanson, Superintendent of Schools for MSD Warren Township with a few important announcements for the week of October 27th.

Linked here is our District Newsletter for the month of October. I encourage you to check out our amazing people doing inCREdible things in our Warren schools!

This is a reminder that next Tuesday, November 2nd, is a scheduled eLearning Day for our students in grades K thru 12th grade. Students will receive their assignments for the day through their Canvas accounts. Students will have access to their teachers at the following times: K-4 students = 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., 5-8 students = 9 a.m. - 12 p.m, and 9-12 students = 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Student attendance will be based on completion of assignments. Per our eLearning policy, students have five school days to submit their eLearning assignments to their teacher.

Families and caregivers of Warren Township, as a valued partner, we are seeking your input on how the District is doing with school climate, communication, and family needs as we continue to navigate these unpredictable times. The survey window is now open through October 31st, and the link can be found here, on our District and school websites under the NEWS feed and in our school newsletters.

As always, thank you for your continued investment in our Warren students and schools, and I encourage all of us to take nothing for granted for each day is a gift!
